VSolvit has extensive experience in project Management (PM). Many of our
team members are PM certified and have utilized their expertise while
working on our USDA-RD and Southern California Association of
Governments (SCAG) contracts.
While working for the USDA-RD VSolvit provides technical expertise to
support the design and development of the Geospatial program in the form
of program/project management through reporting and process improvement
contributions.
VSolvit team was also tasked with creating a forum for SCAG. This forum
enabled stakeholders from different disparate departments to interact
and conduct GIS strategic meetings with internal SCAG staff. As the PM,
VSolvit was instrumental in operationalizing GIS Steering Committee.
VSolvit assisted SCAG staff in identifying stakeholders, shortlist,
charter, and facilitating the GISSC meetings.

Product Development & Life Cycle Planning
VSolvit fosters the implementation of solutions that support successfully life-cycle planning. This can be applied not only in product development but IT services. IT Life-cycle management includes User Need Assessment to define lifecycle data maintenance and the development of standards for external data.
